A Perfect Utopia of Uniforms

"Freedom rings where opinions clash." (Adlai Stevenson). This quote, in this situation particular, is meaning, people won't be able to say what they think about wearing uniforms, and they can't be unique, express themselves and with this happening, everything will be bland, (not interesting). The uniforms in a way can benefit the students by them not worrying and focusing on what their wearing, and, all that focusing goes onto their schoolwork for once. Also, by them wearing these uniforms, it can help them prepare for their future careers on proper ettiqute and how to dress.

By having uniforms for schools will also decrease the chances of teachers and students assuming that one of their own, is intruding on the schools property. These uniforms would help schools because they easily make it much clearer to distinguish who belongs on school grounds and who doesn't. This is so, because the people who don't belong will be spotted and the principal/ teacher, will escort them out the building. This way, the childrens safety isn't in danger.

If you could look at some of the students records, grades, or the effort they put into their work, you would most likely become disapointed. Half of the time, when the kids get back their report cards, they wonder why they're failing, is because they honestly are either failing because they are having problems with the lessons being taught in class, or  the lack of effort of participation in class that is being shown. Especially around this age, (middle school) you hear talking going around the school about whos wearing what. If all the schools had to wear uniforms, there just may be a posiblity of the grades going up. Even though the students may not like the ideas of uniforms, I bet they would be happy to see that their averages are increasing and they aren't failing.

If there was a chart that kept track of the population of the bullies in middle school, the stats would've probably increased from the past couple of years. To make this number decrease, something about this, has to be done so that these numbers can decrease. The bullying began out of jealous, hatred, taking their madness out on people, or just loving o see the effect that they have on this person. In this case, the bully can be picking on kids who are likely to be under priveledged, that can't afford name brand things or just people who don't want to wear those types of things. The bullies bully these kids because they are insecure and by them bullying these kids, makes them feel better about themselves. Also, as of recently, there has been alot of kids committing suicide because they actually care about what other kids say about them or they are just tired of them being picked on.

By these Middle Schools making an agreement to uniforms, all of these problems can come to an end. Bullying about clothes, concentration of work, and the intruders. Hopefully, the schools and the Board of education, can come to an agreement of making these uniforms official.

Pillow Pets-commercial

During the process of thinking what object I was going to do, and the process of making the commercial was great. A couple of things that I like about this project is that we can be creative with it and we can make up our own ideas instead of following the teachers rules. I also enjoyed how for the commercial you can have a theme like a comedy, seriousness, or just anything that you would want! Another thing that I enjoyed was how we could pick our own partners.

          A couple of things that I didnt like about this was how we had very little time to practice (thats in my opininion). Another thing is how I wasnt able to plan things easily because of the time length that was given. The lat thing is how after all the commercials were recorded and the class watched them, i noticed that my commercial was very out of line. Most of the lines were forgotten and the actions, I believed could be more accurate if I had practiced more.
            Overall, I had fun with this and I hope that in the future that there will be more projects like this throughout the school year.

Pillow Pets

The product that I present to you today is Pillow Pets. I would love if this product could be on t.v to show people just how great it is. Some examples of why you should but this as a commercial on t.v is that this would make tons of viewers go out and buy this. Pillow Pets will have a HUGE effect on little kids. the reason of this is because they are soft, comfy, adorable animals that you can sleep with and they are portable so that parents don't have to stress about dragging this pillow along with them. Instead, the pillow pet allows you to take it with you because you can use the strap that they have to close up the pillow and then attach it with the velcro. Pillow Pets will have children amazed with this product and they would want to go get one to test them out!! Also, you should put this ad on t.v as a commercial because of the theme song will make the viewer remember it and always think of a pillow pet!! Overall, if this pillow pet ad was to go on t.v, it would make a drastic change in Kid's worlds.
